At Maoua Sports & School Wear, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange subject to the terms below.

2. Returns Eligibility

You may return an item if:

– The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order

– The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

– The item is returned in its original packaging with tags intact

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

– Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged

– Custom-made or personalized items

– Clearance or sale items (unless defective)

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for approval and return instructions
  3. Ship the item back using a reliable courier

 

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

6. Refunds

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and made via the original payment method.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, check your bank account and contact your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us for assistance.
