Delivery Policy
Maoua Sports & School Wear delivers nationwide across South Africa using trusted courier partners.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated delivery times:
– Major Cities: 2–3 business days
– Outlying Areas: 3–5 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Promotions or free delivery offers may apply from time to time.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your delivery with the courier.
A valid delivery address and contact number must be provided. Someone must be available to receive the parcel. The courier may contact you prior to delivery.
Maoua Sports & School Wear is not responsible for delays caused by courier service issues, incorrect delivery details, or unforeseen events such as weather or strikes. However, we will assist in resolving issues where possible.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the parcel may be returned to us and re-delivery fees may apply.
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the items. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Customers may have the option to collect orders directly if available. You will be notified once your order is ready.
